About Us

The Team
The Head for Arts team consists of Kate Strudwick, Creative Project Manager and Bethan Watkins, Project Officer. Head for Arts also contracts a full-time freelance Music Co-ordinator and a part-time Finance and Administration Officer. The team works with a range of artists who deliver projects on a freelance basis.

Our Aims
*To deliver a programme of arts activities that empower individuals and provide a pathway for the transformation of people’s lives
*To work with people who have never taken part in arts activities before
*To raise the aspirations and confidence of participants by providing inspirational, high quality arts experiences
*To programme activities that reflect and celebrate the bilingual nature of Wales
*To build strong local partnerships in order to develop sustainable activities
*To assist communities where there are few arts opportunities on offer
